  1. Hi

We are testing your product WebClientPrinter to allow our client’s application print several files, we are ready to deployment to the client (and to buy your product), but the QA testers found problems in some windows clients (Windows 7 Home edition).

The client installs without problems the WebClientPrinter 2.0. But after restart the browser in the process of detect the WCPP, an app called “WebClientPrint Processor updater” aborts with the following message: “The App Manifest content is not valid. The node is missing.”

We will have the same problem after we buy the application?
Or is just an isolated problem related to the configuration or license.
We need to buy the product to have support about it?

    Thanks.

      Hi,

The “updater” (wcppu.exe) should not be launched but the wcpp.exe which is the “WebClientPrint Processor” i.e. the one which at the end will process any print job you generate from the server side. Please contact support providing further details please. Thanks,
